Lung Cancer Europe (LuCE) presents 14 specific reports based on data collected from the 2024 survey titled Empowering Voices: Knowledge and Decision-Making Among People Impacted by Lung Cancer in Europe, as part of the 9th LuCE Report—an annual initiative led by Lung Cancer Europe (LuCE) aimed at raising awareness about the main challenges faced by people impacted by this disease.
These reports focus on the responses obtained from people impacted by lung cancer in the following countries: Croatia, Hungary, Italy, Germany, Ukraine, Finland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Denmark, Greece, Spain, and France. These reports compare data collected from individuals in these countries with the average data collected from participants across Europe. Each report is written in the corresponding national language.
In addition, LuCE has produced a specific report based on responses from people impacted by oncogene-driven lung cancers in Europe. This report only includes responses from participants affected by specific oncogene drivers for which a minimum number of responses were received. These include ALK, EGFR, KRAS, PD-L1, and ROS1.
Thanks to the support of the organization ALK Positive UK, LuCE has also published a dedicated report based on responses from participants impacted by ALK-positive lung cancer in the United Kingdom.
These reports are of great value to LuCE and its member organizations in raising awareness about the need to improve information and knowledge about lung cancer at both the European and national levels.
