Living with lung cancer: Survivorship and quality of life – Survey for patients and caregivers

Since its establishment, LuCE has continually developed a range of reports tackling relevant challenges for the lung cancer community, such as access to treatment, care and testing, as well as issues around clinical trials in Europe.

LuCE plans to develop a report on “Living with lung cancer: survivorship and quality of life” to explore how patients´ and caregivers´ lives have changed since diagnosis and how they perceive and evaluate their quality of life.

Your participation on this survey is anonymous. You will not be asked for your name or any identifiable information, and you will not be recognizable from the results. There are no right or wrong answers in this survey, and you are free to decide what questions to answer. Just the first question requires an answer. We are aware that the term “Caregiver” means different things in the different languages and countries. For the purposes of this survey, it refers to informal caregiver: family, friend, relative, partner, etc. (not healthcare professionals). The deadline for completing the survey is 1st July 2021.

Thank you for your collaboration!
